Free shipping on every order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days at our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update.

Address Changes

If you notice an error in your provided address, please contact us immediately with the subject line “URGENT.”

• If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.
• If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot make changes.

To avoid any issues, we strongly encourage customers to double-check their shipping information immediately after placing an order.

In cases where a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, refunds or reshipments cannot be offered. Please verify your shipping details to prevent delivery issues.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Gettuti is no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that occur during transit. However, we remain committed to assisting our customers by:

• Providing tracking details to monitor the shipment's progress.
• Supporting you in filing claims with the carrier for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

• Check nearby — verify with neighbours, family members, or building staff to ensure someone hasn’t received it on your behalf.
• Contact the carrier for additional delivery details.

While Gettuti cannot be held liable for items marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen, we are committed to assisting you:

• We can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
• For orders reported as lost or stolen, we offer a discounted reorder option as a courtesy.
