At Gettuti, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund procedures below.
Please note that Gettuti is proudly based in Gold Coast, Australia.
Change of Mind
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If you wish to adjust your order details (such as size or variant), please contact our support team at hello@gettuti.com within this timeframe before your order is processed.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition β unworn, unused, with all tags attached.
- Include the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@gettuti.com to request a return.
- Wait for our approval before sending your item back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Gettuti does not charge restocking fees for returns.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@gettuti.com. Weβll review the issue and work quickly to offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange:
- Return the original item at your expense.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a voucher for the product value.
- Use the voucher to purchase any item from our store.
This process ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Gettuti is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance in such cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weβll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
